HR Executive (Generalist) - Full-Spectrum HR Role

As a part of our growing team, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.

In this role, you will work closely with our management team to ensure that our employees are engaged, motivated, and performing at their best. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to candidate selection and onboarding. You will also be involved in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining HR compliance and ensuring that our HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertising, candidate selection, and onboarding.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and report generation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR software, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
