📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.,Manage and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that sales goals are met and that client needs are fully understood and addressed.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account executive role, preferably in a B2B environment.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
