📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of the branch, including staff supervision and performance evaluation.,Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure financial targets are met.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of service quality.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff to enhance their skills.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess branch performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a branch management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Experience in financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local business practices and regulations in Palembang.,Familiarity with customer service and relationship management.
