📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store.,Manage inventory levels, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain good supplier relationships.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Participate in store promotions and marketing activities to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or similar role.,Proven track record of successful inventory management and sales performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer and office software, including inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
