📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage the store's staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and support.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
