YIELD Mandiri is seeking a talented Deputy Tax Consultant to join our team in Tanjung Balai, Sumatera Utara. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you can make a real impact on our clients' tax strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing tax advice and assistance to our clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations and laws. You will also be involved in the preparation of tax returns and filings, and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tax-related projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide tax advice and assistance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations and laws.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and other tax-related documents.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax strategies for clients.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support tax planning and compliance activities.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related transactions and activities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team strategies and goals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian.
  • Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.
  • Certification in tax-related courses is a plus.
