TRACE Jaya is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Training Officer to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Coordinate with the Training Officer to ensure the smooth execution of training activities.,Assist in the creation of training materials and resources.,Conduct training needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide support to the Training Officer in managing the training budget.,Promote a positive and inclusive training environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in conducting training needs assessments.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
