As a Diving Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all diving activities, from planning and execution to safety audits and compliance with international standards. You will work closely with our engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of diving operations into our projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of professional divers, ensuring their safety and performance.
• Develop and implement diving operation plans, including risk assessments and safety protocols.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with international diving standards and regulations, such as ISO 14496 and AS/NZS 2437.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate diving operations into project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Train and certify new divers, as well as provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Manage and maintain diving equipment, including ROVs, subsea cameras, and other specialized tools.
• Report on diving operations' performance and safety metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Science, Diving, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in diving operations management, with a proven track record in offshore projects.
• Professional certifications such as PADI Divemaster, SSI Advanced Open Water Diver, or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 14496 and AS/NZS 2437 standards.
• Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
