Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including finance, marketing, sales, and human resources.Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's growth and achieve its objectives.Lead and mentor the management team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other professional gatherings.Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve processes, products, and services.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams and operations.Strong financial acumen and experience in financial management and analysis.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.🛠️ Keahlian
