- Lead and manage a team of 5-7 export freight forwarding specialists.
- Coordinate with international clients to ensure smooth and efficient export shipments.
- Utilize SAP and Sea-Intelligence to optimize logistics operations and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our export freight forwarding services.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand market reach.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in freight forwarding, with a focus on export logistics.
- Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with SAP and Sea-Intelligence is a plus.
- Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally for business purposes.
