📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
