📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement,Support the management team in strategic HR planning and decision-making,Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
