Pro Fresh Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and a commitment to fostering a culture of growth and development within the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet the specific needs of their teams.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar and schedule.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and learning management systems (LMS).,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
