📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front office services.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.,Manage the budget and financial performance of the operations department.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless integration of services.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold our high standards.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations management.,Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software.,Understanding of industry standards and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
