📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice and support to the management team.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.,Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants and finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
