As an Import Officer at Multi Elexindo Indah, you will be responsible for managing the entire import process, from sourcing suppliers to delivering products to our warehouses. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, including suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs officials, to ensure that our products are imported efficiently and cost-effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the entire import process, including sourcing, procurement, and logistics
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations, including customs clearance and documentation
- Work with suppliers and freight forwarders to secure the best rates and delivery times
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery of products
- Monitor and report on import performance metrics, such as lead times and costs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in international trade
- Provide support to the sales team in identifying new import opportunities
- Assist in the development and implementation of import strategies to drive business growth
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in import/export operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import procedures
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with import/export management software, such as SAP or Oracle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
