📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Identifying areas for improvement and developing corrective action plans,Collaborating with department heads to understand business processes and risks,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies,Providing guidance and support to staff on internal control matters,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet applications,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
