📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met,Coordinate with the production team to address any issues or bottlenecks,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management,Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules and plans,Provide training and guidance to junior staff on production processes and safety procedures,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent),Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply),Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices,Good understanding of quality control and safety standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)🛠️ Keahlian
