📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees.,Create and maintain training materials and resources.,Conduct training sessions and workshops.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of training policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
