📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.,Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results by implementing and maintaining standardized procedures.,Providing technical guidance and training to laboratory staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Conducting quality assurance and quality control activities to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services into overall business operations.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Developing and implementing new laboratory protocols and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitoring and reporting laboratory performance metrics to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a similar discipline).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Certification in laboratory management or a related field is a plus.
