📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities,Train and mentor sales teams to ensure they meet performance targets,Manage inventory and ensure products are available to meet customer demand,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction,Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote products,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and meeting targets,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
