📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough validation of merchant information, including business licenses, operational hours, and menu details.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and up-to-date merchant profiles on our digital platform.
• Verify the authenticity of merchant listings through on-site inspections and online research.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring compliance with our platform's guidelines.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to merchants to improve their listings and enhance their visibility on our platform.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of merchant information, making necessary updates as required.
• Assist in the development and implementation of validation protocols and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to merchants, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
