📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the production process to ensure that all products are manufactured according to the required standards and specifications.
  • Monitor and maintain the production line to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all raw materials and finished products are properly stored and inventoried.
  • Conduct quality checks on all products to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that production targets are met.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the pharmaceutical industry.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Good understanding of inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
