📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate hiring practices.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to foster a strong talent pipeline.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
