📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
