Pacific Electronics is looking for a talented Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our warehouse operations from anywhere in Indonesia, while you contribute to the growth and success of Pacific Electronics.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of inventory.Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures in the warehouse.Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and compliance.Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively under pressure.Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to warehouse operations.Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation and delivery purposes.🛠️ Keahlian
