📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with agricultural customers, including farmers, agribusinesses, and other stakeholders.,Sell and promote TeeJet products and solutions to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.,Provide technical support and advice to customers, helping them to maximize the benefits of TeeJet products.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that TeeJet products are well-positioned in the market.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential customers and stay up-to-date with industry trends.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.,Proven experience in sales engineering or a similar role, with a focus on agricultural products or solutions.,Strong technical knowledge of TeeJet products and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, and a commitment to compliance.,Ability to travel extensively to meet with customers and attend industry events.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
