SM Development Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior HSE Manager to join our team in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management, a proven track record in implementing and maintaining HSE policies and procedures, and a commitment to continuous improvement in HSE performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.,Provide leadership and guidance to HSE teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.,Monitor and evaluate HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Foster a strong HSE culture within the organization, promoting a commitment to safety, health, and environmental protection.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HSE considerations into all project activities.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, including waste management, pollution control, and resource conservation.,Provide training and development opportunities for HSE personnel to enhance their knowledge and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining HSE policies and procedures.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certifications in HSE management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, are a plus.
