🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
