📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CNC manufacturing facility, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all production processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Manage a team of operators and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are met and that customer requirements are exceeded.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and equipment are available when needed.,Implement and maintain a robust maintenance program to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the CNC manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of CNC manufacturing processes and equipment.,Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and improving production efficiency.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
