📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide expert consulting services to clients, addressing their needs and challenges.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure team success.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or consulting, preferably in a B2B environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
