📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of employees and the organization.,Deliver training sessions to employees, including in-person and online training.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future training initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new employees.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to make informed decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
