📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the dental team.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members to ensure they are meeting their training objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in dental training and education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Dentistry, Education, or Human Resources.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with dental software and technology is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
