PT Prudential Sharia Life Assurance is seeking a dynamic Bancassurance Financial Services Consultant (FSC) to join our team in Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat. As a FSC, you will be at the forefront of expanding our Sharia-compliant insurance solutions through our trusted banking partners. In this role, you will daily interact with bank representatives, insurance agents, and clients to promote and sell our Sharia-compliant insurance products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell Sharia-compliant insurance products to bank customers and insurance agents.
• Provide financial planning and advisory services to clients, focusing on Islamic finance principles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank representatives and insurance agents.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product expansion and innovation.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Attend industry events and training sessions to stay updated on the latest developments in the financial services sector.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Sharia and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Islamic Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or insurance, with a focus on Sharia-compliant products.
• Certification in Islamic Finance (e.g., CFA, CIMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
