📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and manage security measures to protect Maybank’s digital infrastructure.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Provide security awareness training to employees to foster a culture of security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security measures into new projects and initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance security measures.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, such as GDPR and local data privacy laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong background in network security, risk management, and incident response.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
• Proficient in using security tools and software, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
