📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Assist in training new staff on production procedures and equipment.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve workflow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electromedical production or a related field.
• Familiarity with medical device manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools such as SAP, PLM, or similar.
• Understanding of ISO 13485 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
