📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Enhance customer experience by providing excellent service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
• Drive sales performance by implementing effective merchandising strategies, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of service and sales performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
