📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
• Work closely with the logistics team to plan and execute delivery routes, ensuring optimal use of resources
• Utilize SAP and Excel to streamline operations, track performance metrics, and generate reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to logistics and supply chain management
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer complaints and queries related to delivery operations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and inventory management
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for data analysis and report generation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools such as JDA, Manhattan, or similar
• Ability to travel to various locations within Bali as required by the role
