📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems (Hikvision), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Perform network administration tasks, such as setting up and maintaining LAN and WAN connections.
• Provide IT support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain network security, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Conduct regular IT audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and implement new solutions as needed.
• Provide training and support to employees on IT-related topics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on CCTV systems and network administration.
• Certifications in CCTV systems (Hikvision) and network administration (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and tools, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
