📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional guest service by managing and coordinating all guest requests and preferences.
• Work closely with housekeeping, dining, and other service departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Create personalized experiences and surprises for guests, adding a touch of luxury and uniqueness to their stay.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the guest rooms and common areas.
• Provide exceptional room turn-down service, including selecting and arranging flowers, lighting, and other decorative elements.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, ensuring that all special occasions and gatherings are executed flawlessly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in luxury hospitality to continuously improve service quality.
• Act as a liaison between guests and the hotel management, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality role, preferably as a Luxury Butler or similar position.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality protocols, procedures, and industry standards.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of luggage and other items.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
