📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all procurement activities, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for cost reduction and value addition.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve departmental goals.
• Utilize procurement software such as SAP and Oracle for effective procurement management.
• Report regularly to senior management on procurement performance and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on the mining industry.
• Proven track record of cost reduction and supply chain optimization.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software such as SAP and Oracle.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
