📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the company's accounting, taxation, payroll, and financial reporting processes
• Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with tax regulations
• Process and manage payroll for the company, ensuring accurate and timely payments
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes
• Stay updated with the latest accounting and tax regulations and ensure compliance
• Provide financial guidance and support to the management team
• Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payments

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
