📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation using tools like MS Project and JIRA.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of leading successful programs.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, CAPM) or technical program management are a plus.
